Mr Kearns joined the Board in January 2002. A former captain of the Australian Wallabies rugby union team, Mr Kearns is the CEO of Centric Wealth, a wealth advisory firm. He is also a commentator for FOX Sports in their rugby coverage and a noted supporter of community groups throughout the Australian society.

Whilst better known for his Rugby exploits, Phil has an Arts Degree majoring in Economics and Economic History from the University of NSW, a Diploma of Applied Finance and is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Kearns is a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Subcommittee.
