Biography
Bart was appointed to the Board in 2007. He is the Chairman of Infomedia Limited and Invocare Limited. He is also a non-executive director of Macquarie Telecom Limited and BAI Communications. During his 35-year executive career, Bart was CEO of Asurion Australia, President of Lucent Technologies in Australia and Asia Pacific, and a partner of Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm. His corporate advisory work has included eight years as a partner at Deloitte.
Bart chairs the Audit and Risk Management Subcommittee and is a member of the IT & Data Subcommittee.
