Biography
Erika joined Children’s Cancer Institute in May 2024 as the People & Culture Director, to lead the team responsible for creating an experience where all colleagues can thrive at CCI.
Prior to joining the Institute, Erika held a number of senior leadership positions across the spectrum of the people and culture function in Australia, Asia, Europe and the US. Most recently she was the P&C Director for Australia/New Zealand at the Arnott’s Group, and prior to that was the Global P&C Director at fellow medical research institute, The George Institute for Global Health.
