We want to ensure that all our employees have the skills and knowledge they need in their current role, while also identifying areas for development to take on future opportunities. For example, the Institute is proud to be a partner organisation to Franklin Women, a social enterprise that connects, supports and invests in women working across the health and medical research ecosystem.  Our people enjoy a discounted membership, to leverage the many networking and development opportunities presented by Franklin Women.
