Brickworks is a long-standing partner who work with us across a wide range of initiatives via supporting our corporate partnership pillars including team engagement (via team workplace fundraising & engagement in signature events like Endure for a Cure & CEO Dare to Cure), Business to Business (by attending and advocating to their networks to attend our signature events like Diamond Ball and host a range of B2B client & supplier golf days around the country) and Brand Enhancement (via proud sponsorship for Endure, Diamond Ball and also proudly showcasing the partnership via their stationery and marketing comms).
Brickworks has been a dedicated partner of Children's Cancer Institute for over 20 years. We engage our teams with a weekly Friday 'co-branded' mufti shirt with each team member donating $2 a week knowing that every $ helps cure cancer. We decided to have a single charity focus enabling our teams to rally together behind a universally motivating cause. Teams have embraced this across the country and have loved organising fundraising events such as golf days and Melbourne Cup lunches. Plus, we are a proud partner of the Institute's signature event, Diamond Ball Sydney, which has enabled us to strengthen relationships with our clients. Team engagement has also been a key focus with teams challenging themselves by taking on a dare to raise funds as part of the Institute's CEO Dare to Cure event.
Finally, Brickworks proudly founded the "Build for a Cure" initiative in conjunction with McDonald Jones homes and Mulgoa Quarries which annually aims to build a house in 21 days and sell it for charity.
