Support my Challenge to Help Kids with Cancer!

In April 2020 my daughter Carys was diagnosed with leukaemia at the age of 6. She underwent 8 months of intense chemotherapy, & by Christmas that year she was out of hospital and on the way to getting back to her normal life.

For the next few years she was back at school, playing soccer, & moving on with her life, but unfortunately in November last year she relapsed, & is now undergoing treatment again for what we now know is a higher risk type of leukaemia (which we have only discovered through the Zero Childhood Cancer program). 

If it weren't for the fact that it's treating her cancer, you would say that some of the chemotherapy medicines are a form of torture. So this March I'm running 86km (somehow!) to help raise funds to improve treatments & outcomes not just for Carys, but for all the children we have met, and will continue to meet, along the way in this journey. 

Any support is greatly appreciated, & is going to help a fantastic cause. Only through continued research can a future with better treatments & outcomes be brought forward more quickly!
