Electrolux
Electrolux started supporting Children’s Cancer Institute in 2008 and became Presenting Partners for Diamond Ball in 2012. Electrolux has built a network of staff committed to the Institute through a dedicated champion program that engage their teams via innovative workplace fundraising activities.
Brickworks
Brickworks is a long-standing partner that has worked closely with us for nearly 20 years. Brickworks staff engage with the Institute by wearing their co-branded mufti-day shirts each Friday and donating $2 every week. They also engage in many of our B2B signature events and are founding partner of our Build for a Cure initiative where in partnership with McDonald Jones Homes, who have built 4 homes, with the funds made from the sale of these homes ($2.4m in total) going to Children’s Cancer Institute.
Steggles
Steggles is a family-focused company that have supporting charity at their heart. They have been providing financial support to Children’s Cancer Institute since 2004 and have contributed over $1.6m since 2016. Steggles and the Roosters NRL team have built a community initiative, The Steggles-Roosters Charity Nest, and Steggles’ own staff charity nest.
Freedom
Freedom have been a proud partner of the Institute for other 20 years. They partner with us in-store and online via various regular cause-related marketing initiatives donating proceeds of certain products, conduct workplace giving and also partner with us and participate in many of our signature events.
McDonald Jones Homes
Since partnering with the Children's Cancer Institute in 2014, McDonald Jones Homes have become one of our biggest supporters – they have built five homes for us as part our Build for a Cure campaign. The team and generous trade partners have selflessly volunteered their time to build these homes –the proceeds then being donated to Children’s Cancer Institute.
Bing Lee
Bing Lee's partnership with Children’s Cancer Institute commenced in November 2019 when they launched the ‘Curing one child at a time’ campaign in support of the Zero Childhood Cancer Program (ZERO). They also partnered with suppliers Fisher & Paykel, Electrolux, Simpson, Westinghouse, Garmin, KitchenAid & Tefal to run cause-related marketing promotions. To-date Bing Lee have raised over $263,486.69, equivalent to more than 10 children enrolled on ZERO! In September 2022 Peter Harris, General Manager took a plunge in an ice bath as part of CEO Dare to Cure, raising over $20,000 for our research!
